The volume offers an interpretation of the provisions of the new Greek Attorney’s Code, that was enacted by law 4194/2013. The Code regulates the legal status, professional rights and obligations of attorneys-at-law, contains the basic rules regarding disciplinary procedure, provides for attorneys’ fees and sets the legal framework of Bar Associations in Greece. The volume also includes a commentary on the Presidential Decrees transposing European Directives 77/249/EEC, 98/5/EC και 2005/36/EC.
